Therapeutic Massage

Promotes full body relaxation, circulation and relieves muscle tension. Long, fluid strokes of varying depth and pressure, muscle kneading, range of motion and gentle stretching. Encourages hormonal release for improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and emotional, physical, and mental balance. Aromatherapy available upon request.
Deep tissue techniques release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on tensed areas (triggerpoints). Improves body alignment and freedom of movement. Many people see massage as a once in a while treat, in reality, when used as part of a healthy lifestyle, it should be received at least once a month. Arnica gel and Quan Loong Oil for inflammation available upon request. Massage and Reiki are therapies that should be used in harmony as part of a health maintenance program.
